PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
As a commercial property manager, Dianne is responsible for the operation of the North Hills Center including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, preparation of the annual budget, preparing tax documents annually (as requested by owners and accounting firm), reporting and financial performance of the shopping center. In addition, she seeks out new tenants when a space is available and is responsible for legislating all lease contracts. She has outstanding communication and organizational skills. She is the first responder to any emergency or situation that needs immediate attention. Dianne has formed strong relationships with service companies and personnel. It is no secret that Dianne is motivated, self-directed and has the ability to get any job done. She frequently attends town board, zoning and planning meetings in regard to the health and vitality of the center. She maintains lease files, records, insurance, and all communication with the CPA and attorney for the owners. In addition to the North Hills Shopping Center, Dianne manages two United States Postal Service properties in North Carolina.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Dianne is the Office Manager for a small consulting firm here in N.C. She is responsible for coordinating the schedules of eight staff employees, all bookings and telecommunication. Essentially, she is responsible for making sure the company runs smoothly. She serves as the representative for the company at meetings and conventions when necessary. Through her exceptional ability to multitask and work with people, Dianne has helped the company grow and succeed for over 14 years.
